Class Survey & Underwater Inspection
Underwater inspections can be required for class surveys, flag requirements, vessel condition assessments, damage investigations, ownership transfers and other technical evaluations. Our divers provide professional underwater inspection, visual documentation and reporting support for commercial vessels and yachts.
We can carry out underwater inspection work in coordination with attending surveyors and classification societies such as RINA, Bureau Veritas, ClassNK and other recognized organizations. Inspections can cover the hull, propeller, rudder, shaft area, sea chests, anodes, welds and other accessible submerged components depending on the survey scope.

Each inspection begins with a review of the required survey scope and the areas to be examined. Our divers then carry out the underwater inspection systematically, providing clear visual evidence, photographs and video documentation of the relevant components and underwater condition.
The service can support shaft and rudder surveys, damage surveys, class-related inspections, flag change surveys, pre-purchase or ownership transfer inspections, as well as independent condition assessments requested directly by vessel or yacht owners.
Where required, findings can be organized into a clear inspection report to help owners, operators, technical managers and attending surveyors evaluate the underwater condition of the vessel and determine any further maintenance or repair requirements.
